I reviewed feedback from emails, purchases and comments left in various message boards. The main pain points were the turnaround time, getting the order started and unknown pricing.
Customers couldn't have downtimes mailing their parts out, waiting for them to be done and finally shipped back. To get the order started required emails, instant messages in forums and social media or phone calls. Having to wait for responses from messages was also frustrating. Lastly, the prices were fairly public, but as options and down payments were added in, the prices weren't as transparent as they needed to be.
